Located at the (now-defunct) Boulevard Plaza Shopping Center, Cobb Theatres opened the McGregor 4 Theatres on October 1, 1976 with the following in screen order: “Obsession” at Screen 1, “Grizzly” at Screen 2, “Murder By Death” at Screen 3, and “The Omen” at Screen 4.

The McGregor 4 closed for the final time in November 1988.
