This opened in early-1960 as the Étoile theatre and was taken over by Nick Palmero on January 8th, 1969. It became the first La Québécoise cinema showing adult movies on January 8th, 1971, with kiddie matinees during the weekends. It closed in 1984 and later demolished for retail space.
