The Princess Theatre opened on October 19, 1911 with seating for 820. The three story red brick building had a balcony and a fairly large lobby. The marquee in the front hung over the entrance doors and had a three level attraction panel board. The front windows of the theatre were outlined with a corninthian marble to offset the red brick facade.
The Princess Theatre continued operations until 1966 when it quietly closed.

Looks like Chuck says, at least the marquee glass has been repaired does anyone know if the interior has been gutted or just sitting there since 1966? Does not look to bad on the outside to have been closed that long.
Does anyone know the current owner of the theater? Also, how much they’d be willing to sell it for? Feedback is very appreciated!

Martineze: If you want to find out the status and owner of the theatre building, your best bet is to contact a local real estate agent or chamber of commerce.
This building has been demolished. See the photo that I posted today (August 21, 2022) which shows my photo from August 2016 (top) and August 2022 (bottom). The theater and the building to its left were both torn down. The building to the right of the theater is still standing.
The Princess actually closed on March 31, 1973 with “Drag Racer”.
Quite obviously did not have a red brick facade, and the window trim is obviously light brick. Needs to be changed to demolished.
