Dubinsky Brothers brought back first-run movies to Council Bluffs with the Midland 4 theatres on March 25, 1977. It was later with Excellence and Carmike Cinemas, who closed it in 1992.
On December 16, 1995 it reopened as Omni 4, which closed in 2013.

The Omni Theatre had four auditoriums of 285, 257, 255 and 226 or 1,023 total. It was designed for the West Side of the Midlands Mall under the Sears anchor store.
