This small theatre appears on the 1908 Sanborn in the southern half of an old two story brick storefront.
This building had been constructed sometime before 1885, and the 1901 map shows the space occupied by a store selling jewelry, fruit, and notions.
Likely a very basic conversion to take advantage of the movie craze, this was not operated for long, and the 1914 map shows the structure either remodeled into or replaced by a bank, which eventually expanded south to the corner, and was then remodeled a few times into the current ugly green thing which now houses the chamber of commerce.
The historical address was 42, and the building was situated where the northern section of the chamber of commerce is today.
