The location was a vacant lot in 1908. This theatre first appears on the 1915 Sanborn. It was located in a simple one-story wooden structure next to a garage. The Pearl White Theatre was still open in 1926, but had closed by 1927.
If it had not previously closed, this theatre would have been demolished around 1932 when the Valley Theatre opened on the same site.
