The Chelsea Theatre opened on March 21, 1914. On June 25, 1915 it was renamed Anita Theatre. On May 29, 1920 it became the Chelsea Theatre once again. On July 4, 1922 it was screening photoplays of distinction and closed or stopped placing advertisements in the newspapers later in 1922. Demolished in later years.

More details: It opened as Chelsea on March 21st, 1914, and reopened on June 26th, 1915, as the Anita theatre. It reopened as Chelsea again on May 29th, 1920, and closed in 1922.
