The Mill Valley Record Enterprise on May 14, 1908, reported the opening of Ye Village Theatre by T.H. Duffort and W.H. Depew.
The Mill Valley Historical Society says the theatre was across from the railroad depot and has these words: “The show consisted of four or five short moving pictures. The program was entirely changed on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday”.
Ye Village Theatre dropped out of the Mill Valley Record in November 1911.
