A neighborhood cinema, located in the List district to the northeast of the city. This opened as a dancehall in 1923. In 1945 it was converted into the 500-seat Adler-Litchtspiele to the plans of architect P.O. Knackstedt. It opened on 24th July 1945 with “Die Schwedische Nachtigall (The Swedish Nightingale).
In 1955 it was renovated to the plans of architect Arnold Leisler. It was closed on 28th December 1967. It has since been demolished a retail units now occupy the site.
