Opened as Auditorium Theatre in 1908. Reopened as Peekin Theatre September 27, 1919 by C.O. Rodgers and his son Floyd C. Rodgers, who opened the nearby Grand Theatre in Creston in 1920. Closing date unknown.
A split retail space occupies the site today.
