Theatre

This theatre was in operation by May 1935, when it appears on the Sanborn map in what had been a garage/auto paint shop built sometime between 1911 and 1921.

The conversion to a theatre utilized the garage portion as the auditorium, and modified the space in front to hold two small retail spaces flanking a central entrance.

It is unknown when this closed, and the auditorium portion has been demolished. The front is looking very shabby, with the brick covered in stucco. It appears to have most recently been apartments, although it appears vacant on the November 2021 streetview.
