This was apparently located between Mt Pleasant and Albemarle on Highway 73, I can’t see to find the location though.
Edit: There is an open field opposite the address of 11943 NC-73, Mt Pleasant. A 1956 aerial kind of shows it could’ve been the site but its hard to tell.
