Located in the Charlottenburg district in the west of the city centre. The Viktoria am Zoo was opened in 1915. Later renamed Richard-Oswald-Lichtspiele and finally Prinzess Theater. It was destroyed by Allied bombs on 23rd November 1943.

A tall office building now stands on the site.
