Located in the Mitte district in the east of the city centre. The Isolatograph was opened in 1896 screening early moving pictures. It had 150-seats. From 1905 to 1907 it operated as Messters Biophon. In 1910 it was taken over by Ufa and was renamed U.T. (Union Theater) Unter den Linden following a remodel to the plans of architect Paul Negendank. It was now a long narrow building which was highly decorated in a Neo-Classical style and the seating capacity had been increased to 400-seats. It was briefly renamed Decia-Lichtspiele and closed in 1914.
It later became the Linden Casino. It was demolished many decades ago and an office building containing restaurants at ground level now occupies the site.
