The Curry Hill Drive-In opened on June 22nd, 1967 and became the Ciné-Parc Curry Hill on April 19th, 1968 as the first French-Language drive-in theatre in Canada. In the 1970’s it started to show adult movies in French until it closed in 1982. It did most of its newspaper advertisements in the Montreal area.
