The Ripley Theatre was opened in 1936 when it had a 350-seat capacity. Still the same in 1945, by 1950 the seating capacity had been increased to 500-seats. It was still open in 1957. By 2008 it was in retail use selling floor coverings. By 2024 it was in use as office space for RP Accountants.

The NRHP registration form for the Little Falls Commercial Historic District says that the Ripley Theatre building was built in 1936 and was designed by architect Sheldon Haatvedt.
