Located on the Eastern side of Nerang Street. The Savoy Theatre was opened around 1940 and was operated by Kempnich, Conroy & Moore. It was the first cinema in the area to introduce CinemaScope in 1954. It was still open in 1960, operated by Clarrie Kempnich.
It has been demolished and in 2024 the site is a car park for the adjacent Office Works store.
