Theater

This theater first appears on the 1909 map, located in the Opera House. This two story brick building dated to 1899, and was unusual in that the opera house was on the ground floor, with an Odd Fellows lodge above.

The theater remains in operation on the 1914 map, but appears to have closed by 1926, when Walnut does not appear in listings.

The building today is in decent shape, although the usage is unclear.

Note that the historical address would have been on Central.
