Located on the southeast corner of 2nd Street and Adams Avenue. Originally built in 1912 as the Grant Auto Co., this 2 story concrete block structure served as a dealership until 1931, when it became the Jones Amusement Hall.

The upstairs was used for various functions, including showing movies. Grant never reached a population of 300, so these were likely intermittent. It seems to have been locally known as the ‘Opera House’, and the upstairs use may have begun earlier. The school district purchased the building in 1942, using the ground floor as a basketball court, and possibly ending the use of the upper story.

The building today has been vacant for many years, but the latest street view shows that some windows have been replaced.
