This theater appears on the August 1913 Sanborn. It was on a small lot, rather narrow, with a recessed entry and a stage and screen at the rear. This area was a vacant lot on the 1906 map.
The 1914-15 AMPD lists a Milton Theatre, which was the second floor theater located in a building to the south. That building likewise does not appear on the 1906 map.
All of the buildings in this part of the block were demolished many years ago. The indoor Milton Theater was replaced by a 1936 WPA auditorium. At that point, the population had already plummeted to just over 800 from a 1910 high of nearly 1,500, and the auditorium does not seem to have been used for films.
The 1926 listings have a Star Theatre, with 150 seats, but the 1927 map is not available online, so it’s unclear where that was.

It appears that the indoor theater was indeed the Milton. Looking at my photos of the Auditorium, it seems that the south wall is partially the remains of the Milton.
