The Earth Cinemas Himeji is a multiplex located on the fourth to seventh floors of the Terraso Himeji and opened its doors on July 24, 2015 with 12 screens and 2,007 seats.
Following its opening, the Earth Cinemas Himeji was the replacements of three other theaters across Himeji, which were the Cine Palace Sanyoza, the Himeji Daigeki Cinema, and the Himeji OS.
Screens 5 and 9 were the largest with an estimate 340 seats, with Screen 9 having both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X alongside the 192-seat Screen 3. Screen 9 is also nicknamed the Ushio Premium Theater. Screens 2, 7, 10, 11 and 12 were the smallest with an estimate 79 to 87 seats. Screen 4 with 97 seats featured 4DX installations which were later upgraded to Ultra 4DX. The rest have ranging capacities of 183-254.
