This theater was located in the eastern storefront of the Collins Block, a large two story brick commercial building with a Sioux quartzite facade, constructed in 1901.
The theater was operating by 1911, but appears to have closed before 1914-15, as only the Grand Opera House is listed in the AMPD.
The building today is in good shape, although the ground floor is marred by an ugly awning. This space is home to a hair salon.
