A conversion of a dance hall and music hall. The 670-seat Star Cinema was opened in 1957 and had its entrance at 32 Rue Thomassin, a short side street off the Rue du President-Carnot. Between 1970 and 1972 it was renamed Concorde. In 1974 it was converted into 5-screens, and the entrance was moved round the corner onto the Rue du President-Carnot. It was closed by UGC in March 1991.

It has been converted into a Habitat furniture & furnishings store, which has its main entrence at 51 Place de la Republique.
