Located the south district of Sandringham. The Mayfair Theatre was an independent cinema operated by J. Arneric in 1950. By 1968 it was operated by F.E. Ward, R.G. Melrose & J.N. Moore.
In 2026 the building is in use as a dental surgery and a beauty salon.
