The State Theatre was opened by Warner Bros Circuit Management Corp. on August 18, 1937 with Dick Powell in “The Singing Marine”. It continued to operate as a single screen through the 1950’s. It was later tripled, and is now operated by the R/C Theatres chain.

This place is quite nice,if you are in the main auditorium,The former balconey spaces are a little snug.
