ROCHESTER Drive-In Theatre, Rochester, New York

The Drive-In was located opposite the Rochester Airport. It opened May 29, 1942 with Edgar Bergan in “Look Who’s Laughing”. The opening capacity was for 750 cars. Renamed Rochester Drive-In in 1946, it was enlarged to 900 cars. Closed in 1982. In 2022 the site is the Towers Airport Business Park.

The building where the projection booth was, is still is there.
