The P&M Drive-In was built in 1947 and opened in 1948, one of the Proctor and Marsh Theatres of Muskogee. By 1957 it was operated by Rowley United Theatres inc. The P&M Drive-In was closed on August 27, 1958 with Charlton Heston in “The Ten Commandments”. The site is now Peace of Prarie Farm Stand.

The property is now the Peace of Prairie Farm Stand with a listed address of 6221 W. Okmulgee Ave, Muskogee, OK. However, on Google Maps it’s close, but does not quite line up properly.
A 1974 aerial shows the drive-in intact, but by 1980 it was demolished. Today, you can still see the entrance road, outline, and a few of the ramps.

The P&M drive in was built by Proctor and Marsh Circuit in 1947 and launched in 1948 on a ten-year lease. A competing drive-in, the 64, was also built in 1947 and opened in 1948. The 64 Drive-In was bought out becoming part of the same portfolio as the other local theaters including the P&M. The P&M closed August 27, 1958 after a final showing of “The Ten Commandments.” A new ozoner, the Sunset Drive-In, then opened to compete with the 64 Drive-In.
