I will be taking pictures of downtown Port Arthur soon. The site states People’s theatre was closed in the 1950’s but I grew up in the 1950’s. It must have been the 60’s. You can barely even tell the building was the People' Theatre. I am trying to research the Strand which the building no longer exits but the stripes on the sidewalk identify this theatre. There is a pavilion there now. What a loss. http://moonlightflower.org I will post some pictures there but it will be about a month before that happens.
