It’s 1977 and the Holiday Inn in downtown Rochester has an automated grindhouse cinema, the Holiday Cine. It’s showing an X-rated double feature that includes the splatter film, “Snuff” running from 2p until 1a. Protesters smash the poster frame and are shouting “Snuff out the Holiday Cine” as they walk around the property. Not really the stuff that Holiday Inn was looking for when the cinema was installed.
