I don’t think this was in Danville, or Ringgold, or even called the “Owl”, but rather if you look closely, the Bowl Drive-In, which was in Salisbury, MD (the ads on that theater’s page show an identical logo design). This appears to be a montage of horror-movie ads from different newspaper issues (note the differing “Now!” features at the Crescent DI), not all of them from Danville papers.
