This is a design study isometric drawing by noted Miami architect A. Herbert Mathes, AIA, who was the project architect for the theatre conversion. Mathes was known for numerous theatre and hotel projects including the 1959 Fontainebleau Hotel Tower addition on Miami Beach.
The drawing looks northwest from the intersection of NW 3rd St and N. Miami Avenue.
