“A Dec. 21,1955 photo of some of the 800 children who attended the free Christmas show at the Knox Theatre on Park Street. The children were treated to an hour of cartoons along with a Roy Rogers feature. The show was sponsored by Coffin’s Clothing Store, House-Sherman, Inc., W.H. Glover Co., Bitler Car & Home Supply, Jordan & Grant Market and Lineken’s Market in Thomaston”
