The Dedication shows Clifton and wife Edith Meekins, and Ralph C. and wife Stella Thompson as the owners of the tract.
The Lease Holders are shown as S. Arthur and wife Margaret Ashworth, Joseph J Ortega of South Broward Properties, Inc., Robert Anderson of The Bank of Hollywood, and HJ Grossman VP of Hallandale Drive-In Theater, Inc.
So, apparently my grandfather (S. Arthur Ashworth) was a Lease Holding partner in the theater.
