Here is a photo of the great Goshen Theatre in Goshen, NY after it was closed but (obviously) prior to its demolition. My father was manager for this theatre in the mid-to-late-1960s, a small operation that involved my Mom as cashier and me and my brother doing concessions and cleaning up. I put up the then heavy letters on the marquee every Tuesday night while listening to the WABC top 40 countdown by Cousin Brucie (Bruce Morrow) on 77-ABC AM on my transistor radio.
