The Capitol Theatre in Singapore just before completion in 1929

I would like to ask for your permission to use this photo of the Capitol Cinema under construction. It was designed by Keys & Dowdeswell architecture firm. This is for a book about Iversen who as a young architect helped to do detailed designs for this cinema. May I use this photo, or better still a high-resolution one. Thank you.
