I don't have much info other than AMC considers this to be the first four-plex ever built. This theatre was open from 1963-1975.

I received my first kiss in this theater. The theater location is now a social security office. It was located in the 1600 block of 63rd St. on the north side of the street in the Metro Plaza Shopping Center which is still there.
