The Chun Wah School was not a cinema, it was a kindergarten. The school was situated in Yaumati on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong.

In the early-1970's, Phoenix Film Club, a private film club in Hong Kong, rented the school on Saturday and or Sunday nights to show 16mm artistic films. The apparatus was a 16mm projector and a makeshift screen. The seats were the tables and chairs of the Kindergarten.
