The Majestic Cinema was situated in Yaumati on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong.
The 827-seat cinema had two auditoriums on the second floor of the Majestic Hotel[now renamed as the Novotel Hotel], with its ticket booth on the ground floor. The Majestic Hotel was built on the site of the former Majestic Theatre and M2 Theatre.

It opened to business on 15th April, 1992, and showed first run Chinese dialect and English language films until its closure on 26th February, 2000.
The cinema has been converted into a discotheque.
