Probably since the opening of a Grand Stadium at Valencia Town Center, this theater lost its popularity that led to its closure. It is now a store.

Also known as the Edwards Town Center 10, this theatre was located
at 24435 Town Center Drive (Magic Mountain & McBean Parkway), Valencia, CA 91355.
The address given above is for the new Edwards Valencia Grand Palace 12 which includes an IMAX theater. This one was 24201 Valencia Blvd. Valencia 91355 which is the mall address but I don’t know the store # for the theater.
This theater came along with the building of the Valencia Town Center – of which it was attached – in the early 1990s. I lived in the Santa Clarita Valley in the late 1980s but I had long since left before this mall and theater were built. In any case, I did have an occasion or two to see a film at the Edwards Town Center 20. In particular I remember seeing “The Ghost and the Darkness.” The mall came along at the end of the three decades-long mall building craze. The theater was typical of mall theaters but was also indicative of the time period in that it was a large multiplex.
The theatre was closed and demolished (actually replaced by the then Edwards Grand Cinema 12) when the Valencia Town Center was remodeled. The area where the theatre used to be is now the food court and some stores. The old food court is now stores leading to the original Town Center. The Merry Go Round that used to be outside of the theatre is now located inside the Town Center by Sears.
