On the site of the Pershing Theatre is the Binions Lifestyles Cafe.
This site has an extensive history of the neighborhood, including the theater:

The Park/Pershing Theatre had an adjoining outdoor summer theatre.
Theatre opened January 19, 1914 featuring vaudeville at popular prices. Architect was firm of Kennerly & Stiegemeyer. Seating capacity of 1831. Renamed PERSHING (after Gen. Pershing of WW I) in 1919. Theatre demolished in 1935.
The Pershing was located in the next block west of the Pageant Theatre. There is now a Pageant Theatre that is a concert venue in the 6100 block of Delmar. So the area is still alive with some sort of theatre.
