The Park/Pershing Theatre had an adjoining outdoor summer theatre.

The Pershing was located in the next block west of the Pageant Theatre. There is now a Pageant Theatre that is a concert venue in the 6100 block of Delmar. So the area is still alive with some sort of theatre.
