Tender Amusement under Mark and Jack Greenbaum took on the Opera House and the Pantheon Theatre in 1922. Less than a year later, the Opera House was renamed the State but was completely destroyed and here’s a shot of the Pantheon Theatre that was damaged badly but was repaired and continued operation.
