Box office of the Studio Theatre by Hughes-Franklin designed - if the patron wanted - as a totally automatic experience so admission with two quarters through a turnstile, studio portraits taken by machine, weather controlled by machine and the cinematic experience is automatic circa 1931 in Los Angeles. But a concession stand offered goodies outside and there was a box office person for those who didn’t have exact change.
