Here’s a picture from April 28, 1938 used in a trade ad for Wagner Sign Service which furnished the letters and 3-1 signage structure for Bard’s Adams. (I added the LA Theatre Guide ad from April 28th). The 1,200 seat theatre was an Egyptian design that became the Kabucki, the Apollo West, and a Hispanic community church.
