Lakeland, Florida’s biggest and best theater, the Cobb Lakeside Village 18 opened in December 14, 2005. This theater features stadium seating, curved screens, and a cafeteria style concession stand. Located in the new Lakeside Village shopping center in Lakeland.

The sound in at least one of their auditoriums was upgraded to Auro 11.1 sound and premiered in this theatre along with the Village 12 in Leesburg, VA yesterday with “The Croods.”

Birmingham, Alabama, architectural firm RLS Design Group designed the Cobb Lakeside Village 18. The firm’s web site has two photos, and gives the total seating capacity of the theaters as 3,534.
