The Pearlridge opened in 1990 as a twelve screen by Consolidated Theatres. In 2000 it was redeveloped into a sixteen screen megaplex with a new lobby, stadium seating and other amenities. It is located on the island of Oahu.

Quite possibly the worst place to see a movie in Hawaii. I haven’t seen a film there since 1999 and will never go back again. Horrid seating and sound system and just the fact that it’s in a mall and attracts all sorts of children that do not know how to behave properly. Just ghastly.
