The Tower Drive-In was located at 610 S. Guenther Street. It opened by 1949, operated by Lone Star Theatres Inc. By 1950 it was operated by H.T. Brandon. By 1952 it was operated by L.C. Hill. It was still open in 1977. but had been demolished by 1983.

The location of the Tower Drive-In was 607 Interstate 35 Business. The site is currently occupied by Comal Plaza and most of what was the drive-in is now a massive parking lot. There is no trace left of the drive-in. https://goo.gl/maps/IeNBS
Still in operation in 1977, but was gone by 1983.
