Please update the name, it’s called Regal Edwards Greenway Grand Palace
Houston Chronicle Chron.com article dated 11/22 on this theater being remodeled to get more special format screens. (I’m not sure if the article was in the print edition of the Chron.) Remodeled theater will probably match the also recently remodeled Regal (also formerly Edward’s) Marq-E and Regal Benders Landing in Spring when done.

Currently, all screens are opened during christmas week, screens 4, 7, 8, 9 and 20 have to be upgraded.

Was at the theatre today, management said the construction will be finished in the spring. Currently the first fllod Theatres 1 to 10 still furnished with Edwards original hallways with the murals, they are in process of construction. The second floor is complete with the new Regal designed, more modern but design like Times Square, Union Square or Essex modern designed, no orange seating. I uploaded photos in the photos section
Please update total seats to 2766, 5 screens according to management are not getting upgraded right now.
Most of the remodeling done, the lower level refreshment stand and entrance shoud be opening in a few weeks. Added a few more photos to the photos section.

I was here in December to see Mufasa the lion king and they looked like they were beginning construction.
the theater been in renovation since last summer, should be finished soon except 5 auditoriums not scheduled to be upgraded
I saw Snow White (2025) here last week. Don’t judge me, btw!
