Competition that never came to the Mayflower Theatre in Troy was this proposed theater in 1945. It was the Troy Theatre to be located at 116 W. Main with these architectural plans by F&Y Building Services in Columbus, OH. But wartime shortages and other complications dogged the project which never got constructed.
