The Boulevard in Brookline did not go by the “Boulevard” name until 1937, when remodeled and reopened by Warner Bros. I think this building was located somewhere near Philadelphia, as I keep finding articles from that part of the state naming a theater by that name, but have not been able to find any other information on it yet.
