The Cine Arte Normandie is the oldest surviving ‘art house’ cinema still operating in Santiago. It first opened in 1982 in a building in Alameda Bernardo O'Higgins which was originally the splendid Art Deco styled Teatro Normandie which opened in the early-1940’s as a regular movie theatre.
Since December 1991 it was re-located to its current address.
